One Of The USA’s Marketing Heavyweights Speaks His Mind.
I was lucky enough to see, and hear, Gary Vaynerchuk speak at a marketing conference in California earlier this year. I purchased the book from his stand outside the auditorium and, while I was waiting to be served, I got talking to a woman who seemed a little agitated.
“I had to walk out”, she said, referring to Gary’s talk, “I just couldn’t stand that much bad language”.
At this point I should tell you that Gary is well known for not pulling his punches when addressing a crowd. If there are any nuns, small children or indeed anyone who is likely to be offended by the “f” word around when he speaks then they would be well-advised to stay well away because he uses it a lot!
