WebinarNinja – Webinar Hosting Platform
WebinarNinja claims to be half the price of the market leading webinar hosting platform, Go To Webinar, whilst still offering all of the same features, and a few more! That sounds like a good deal.
Running webinars is no trivial matter and should not be underestimated. They do take an awful lot of organising – less than a “real” event perhaps but they are still time consuming and easy to get wrong. It is well worth the effort however as they are a very effective marketing channel if used corectly so many people will currently be evaluating webinar hosting services like WebinarNinja and making a shortlist.
For some time now, “Go To Webinar” has ruled the roost in the webinar hosting platform arena and, it has to be said, not without good reason. In my experience it has been a solid and reliable webinar hosting platform and it is regularly used by many of the worlds leading webinar marketers with great results. As demand increases, high speed internet connections become more accessible and affordable and the webinar as a marketing and communications channel is opening up to smaller businesses and other groups, there is a demand for affordable and easy to use services – WebinarNinja seems to have that market in its sights.
Leaving aside price for the time being, is it fair to say that WebinarNinja really does offer a full range of services to webinar users? Well, we haven’t done our full WebinarNinja review yet but based on the information I have, and reports given to me by friends and colleagues who have used WebinarNinja, the answer is yes. Take a look at the short video below to see what I mean.

WebinarNinja Pricing
WebinarNinja seem to have taken a very sensible approach to pricing. They have an entry level “Starter” plan priced at just $45 per month – less if you pay annually in advance. This plan level gives you pretty much everything you are likely to need but limits the number of attendees that you can have at one of your webinars to 100. Now I’ve hosted webinars with far fewer attendees than that and it can be problematical as the numbers creep up so maybe a limit of 100 is no bad thing. The price then goes up on a sliding scale depending on how many attendees you require, the maximum being 1000.
If you are planning to use webinars as part of your digital marketing strategy then I have no hesitation in recommening that you include WebinarNinja on your shortlist. There’s a 14 day free trial so that should help you to assess the system thoroughly without any financial risk.
