Segment is a single platform that collects, stores, and routes your user data to hundreds of tools with the flick of a switch.
Segment collects your data from a number of sources that you specify including your website, e-commerce store, apps, emails and so on. Once collected, all your data is then automatically forwarded to Segment data warehouse from where it is forwarded to the integrations you have designated, including Analytics, A/B split testing, CRMs etc.
The big benefit is that Segment take care of the messy analytics installation processes for you, enabling you to devote more time using your data rather than tracking it down.

No clues as to pricing on the website I’m afraid so you’ll have to use the enquiry facility for that. The list of app and services that Segment integrates with is a long one so, if you need it, it will probably do what you need it to do although I suspect most businesses will need the help of a developer in order to get the best from it.
